HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at info@thecactusclub.store as soon as possible.  We'll do our best to process your request, however cancellation and changes cannot be guaranteed.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship internationally at this point.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PLANTS?

We ship with USPS, all orders are shipped weekly on Monday or Tuesday.  Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take 1-3 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.  We do not provide refunds on any order once it has shipped.  If the items arrive damaged, please send us an email with photos of products immediately so we can file the insurance claim with shipping or from our end. We are not responsible for any damage while your order is in transit but we strive to provide the best quality as best as can.
DO YOU SHIP YEAR ROUND?

Yes!  Heat Pack is provided during the colder months.
